Email Address or Phone Number: This is collected to be the ID of the account and will be used by other users to add you to their contact list or group. If the email address or phone number is updated, the email address or phone number inside our server database will be updated, and the email address or phone number inside your browser local storage and indexed database will also be updated. Any new login in other devices or IP address will use the latest email or phone number. Your Email Address or Phone Number can be accessed by you, users that has added you to their contact, and the server.

Password: This is collected to be the key to login on another device, the key to login when your session expires, or the key to login when your IP address has changed. It is stored in our server database, and it is hashed for security reasons. It is used for authentication purposes. If the password is updated, the password inside our server database will be updated with the new hashed password. Any new login in other devices or IP addresses will use the latest password. Your hashed password can be accessed by you and the server.

Profile Image: This is collected to display your profile picture to other users. It is stored in our server database and used for identifying you to other users. Your profile image can be accessed by you, users who added you as their contact, and the server.

ID Type: This is collected to verify your identity. It is stored in our server database and your browser local storage. It is used for identification purposes. Your ID Type can be accessed by you and the server.

Attachment: This is collected when you send an attachment to another user. It is stored in our server database and your browser indexed database. It is used for communication purposes and will be deleted from the server database once it has been received by all of the receivers. Your attachment can be accessed by you, the receivers, and the server. Like message, you can also delete all attachments in a contact or group for your browser indexed database only by deleting all messages in that contact or group.

Contacts: This is collected when you add someone to your contact list. It is stored in your browser indexed database. It is used for communication purposes and managing your contact list. If you remove someone from your contact list, their information will be removed from your browser local storage. Your contacts can be accessed by you, users that know your contact email addresses or phone numbers, and the server. You can delete a contact or update a contact for your browser indexed database only, other user browser indexed database who have that contact will not get effected.

Groups: This is collected when you create or join a group. It is stored in our server database and your browser indexed database. It is used for communication purposes and managing your group list. If you leave a group or delete a group, its information will be removed from our server database and your browser local storage. Your groups can be accessed by you, users that you added to the group, users that has been added by admin of the group, and the server. You can delete a group or update a group if you are the owner of admin of the group. The changes you did to the group will apply to all users inside the group, except if you delete all messages in that group.

IP Address: This is collected to monitor user activity, verification purposes, and security purposes. It is stored in our server database and server logs. It is used for identifying and preventing unauthorized access and fraudulent activities. Your IP Address can be accessed by you and the server.

Browser User Agent: This is collected to monitor user activity, verification purposes, and security purposes. It is stored in our server database and server logs. It is used for identifying and preventing unauthorized access and fraudulent activities. Your Browser User Agent can be accessed by you and the server.
